The general terms and conditions for the hotel industry apply.

Arrival and departure

On the day of departure, we will make the room available to you by 10 a.m., on the other hand, ask for your understanding that the room cannot usually be occupied before 2 p.m.

deposit

In the case of a fixed reservation, we ask you to pay a deposit of 30% per room to our account. We will be happy to provide you with the exact bank details when you make a fixed reservation. The reservation is only valid after the deposit has been paid!

Cancellations

up to 3 months before the day of arrival free of charge

  • 3 months to 1 month before arrival 40% of the total price of the stay
  • 1 month to 1 week before arrival 70% of the total price of the stay
  • 1 week before arrival 90% of the total price of the stay

Trip cancellation insurance

A hotel booking is a sales contract. In the event of cancellation, late arrival, early departure, … cancellation fees apply. The Austrian hotel contract conditions apply and in the event of a short-term cancellation / failure we are entitled to charge up to 80% of the total costs.
